Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with original tags where applicable. Cosmetics and fragrances must be unopened. Sale and discounted items are eligible under the same conditions.

How to start a return

Email info@prolisok-official.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Return shipping

Prolisok Official covers return shipping for all eligible returns, including change-of-mind returns and damaged, defective or incorrect items. We provide a prepaid return shipping label that you can download and print. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the label and return instructions. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, include your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds

We inspect returned items and process eligible refunds to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the return. We refund the price paid for the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
